It’s been an excellent year for motorsport with hundreds of drivers across a range of categories excelling themselves. But who’s impressed me the most?

Twelve months ago I made some predictions about what might happen in 2011. Some of them came true – not many, I agree – but some were on the ball.

The World Series by Renault continues to gain credibility and popularity among drivers and spectators alike, and there’s every sign of greater things to come in the future.

It’s time now to gaze into the Motorsport Musings’ crystal ball and ruminate on a few things that just may come to pass this season.
