Hello, and welcome to Motorsport Musings.

Motorsport Musings first appeared towards the end of 2009, following the closure of the popular independent Red Bull Racing-related website: the Red Bullog.

Waving bye-bye to my previous efforts hasn’t been all bad though, as I have been able to throw off those metaphorical shackles and can now freely discuss anything to do with motor racing.

Essentially, Motorsport Musings is a place where I can use my extensive motorsport knowledge and experience to wax lyrical about the sport I love.

I don’t subscribe to the horse-blinkered view that motorsport comprises solely of Formula 1. If it’s noisy and involves an engine there’s a chance I will cover it, be that globally, nationally, two or four wheels.

Motorsport Musings isn’t intended to be a regular source of regurgitating the same old news stories you will find elsewhere online. My aim is to produce original, opinion-based, motorsport-related articles, which I hope you will enjoy reading.
